Afro-Tech Girls is hiring a Senior Program Manager, and honestly, this isn't just any role. This is for someone who believes, deep down, that empowering girls in STEM is one of the most important investments Africa can make.
For over a decade, this community has walked alongside girls and young women across Africa, equipping them with STEM skills, mentorship, and real opportunities to thrive in technology. That work has turned into careers, confidence, and communities that didn't exist before. Now it's time to take that impact even further, with a strategic leader at the helm.
What the role involves:
Leading strategic programs and organizational operations
Managing partnerships, stakeholders, and sponsor relationships
Driving STEM initiatives that directly impact girls and women
Overseeing budgets and funding initiatives
Building and developing a high-performing team
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Project Management, or a related field
4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership
Experience in nonprofits, STEM, or talent development (preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A genuine passion for gender equity in technology
This role is for someone who can see the bigger picture and still care about the small details that make this work matter. If that sounds like you, or someone you immediately thought of while reading this, we'd love to hear from you.
Applications close July 10, 2026. Apply here
We can't wait to see who joins us next.
