For over a decade, this community has walked alongside girls and young women across Africa, equipping them with STEM skills, mentorship, and real opportunities to thrive in technology. What the role involves:

• Leading strategic programs and organizational operations

• Managing partnerships, stakeholders, and sponsor relationships

• Driving STEM initiatives that directly impact girls and women

• Overseeing budgets and funding initiatives

• Building and developing a high-performing team

  
  

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Project Management, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, or leadership

• Experience in nonprofits, STEM, or talent development (preferred)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• A genuine passion for gender equity in technology
